In spite of being a chatting application, we've had a long silence on the status of JBolo!. This is because our developers were working hard on fixing (our favourite browser) IE related issues that were appearing specifically on a couple of templates. Some other minor fixes were also done, following is the list of things fixed -

1. IE related errors
   - Not being able to chat on profile page
   - Conflicts with other jQuery scripts
2. Language files for the CB and JomSocial plugin
3. JBolo! now works on 3rd party scripts integrated into Joomla like forums (which have been installed in a subdirectory and integrated in frameless mode

Following features have also been introduced in version 2.0

1. Users who log in using 3rd party authentication systems like facebook and openid are able to chat
2. Show 'me' instead of the name of logged in user in chats
3. Show the name of the person you are chatting with instead of username

A bug that was reported which caused a blank popup when you clicked on 'Request Connection'  has now been solved. Additionally all styling has now been moved to an external CSS file. Any new feature requests are welcome. Use the feature tracker to submit them. :)
