Hello,
Even if I subscribed my own discussions, I never received notification of new reply.
This is very inconvenient.
Will you please check and fix it?
P.S.
When I create a new discussion in this Help Desk, the system always shows the error message "SMTP Error: Could not authenticate" right after the submission.
So you might have SMTP authentication issue.
