I just joined the Shika Early Adopters program last week and I have posted an issue that I am having with Beta 13 on the forum and submitted a ticket. It has been 6 days and no response. I understand the software is in Beta, but no response to a Beta tester that has paid $399 has me concerned. Just an update would be nice if the problem will be fixed in Beta 14. When?
