Required Registration?

Morning, This should be simple but I can not figure it out... When someone clicks on Donate, it asked them to sign in, I want anyone to be able to donate and can not find where registered users only can donate... See here... http://suzannahsmiles.org/fundraising/3:bubba-angel/details/campaign
