Social networks and e-mail providers problem

Hello there!
I´m facing a problem here...

I´ve made everything following invitex guides steps and no email provider or social network is showing on my invitex page!

I´ve created all APP´s like twitter´s, facebook, gmail, hotmail and nothing... They simply don´t show there.
All of them are enabled at invitex global settings tab in my administrator too...

Could someone help me please?!
