The STATE of published registered users should remain the same with SYNC when Re-add unsubscribed user again = NO. Also for guest users.
Currectly when Re-add unsubscribed user again = NO, all users are published.
This can be solved with:
1. Make de default in the database table _jma_subscribers for STATE 0 instead 1.
2. Replace view.raw.php with the attached version. My modificatiuons are marked with //pch
