Tabs in Campaign view

I have got a Additional Info. tab in my campaign, I did not put it there. I have looked through the documentation and can't find where this is. I don't even know what it's for.
If you can add tabs then how does one do it and what sort of info can you put in there? there's nothing in the documentation that I could find.
