Any possibility to integrate JMailAlerts with OSdownloads?

Hi, I'm in a search for any possibility to integrate JMailAlerts with OSdownloads. Is there any? How?

I was originally searching for a document management plugin (found OSdownloads for free and DOCman paid). As a contrary, the MailChimp supported by OSdownloads doesn't cooperate with Kunena. Oh!
