Design Ad page not functioning

I've installed the component and begun to customize the settings. Now that I've added it to my menu, it worked through some of an initial test ad, and then blew up. Now if I go to the Create Ad page, it has no formatting, and no feedback on how the ad will look once any data is entered, or an image is uploaded. I've reinstalled the component, and purged the cache without any change.
I've just switched to this program from using iJoomla Ad Agency, so I'm really hoping I made the right choice...
