I have opened a ticket for 3 days with an issue as sensitive as geo-targeted ads fail to radomise on my site but have had no response. I'm appalled by this experience.
Can you please address this issue.
Ads targeted at certain locations fail to randomise which means every time the page is refreshed, the 1st displayed ads show again. This means only 2-3 of the same ads will get to be displayed to users in that location.
This is a significant down side as I have a number of ads targeted at a certain country that never show on the site. How will I ever retain such businesses!!!
