I have bought invitex commercial component, but when i enabled the system plugin it gives errors when accessing the "Friends" menu in JomSocial.

I have tried creating a ticket, but i don't see the ticket under "My Tickets". I have tried to create several times, but no luck. What is the point of selling commercial extensions when your ticket system doesn't even work, and there is no way to get support from you guys. This really sucks and I will never buy anything from techjoomla again.
