Giving user option to categorize their likes are great but the window that opens could be tedious and annoying, specially for sites that have lots of content and user just want to Like!
My suggestion is to split like/dislike button to have "Special Like/Dislike" similar to MS-office, that shows small Drop-down icon on right side of some of icons on their toolbar. Clicking on this would show full detail, otherwise it would just add the item to default like folder.
