I've been trying to submit a support ticket for Invitex support, with my sites login details included via your ticketing system. But the tickets never show up in the ticket list after the submit button is clicked and no one has replied for days. Can you please fix the ticketing system so that we can actually use it and as we can't send login details via the Q and A forum. Thanks.
